Margaret Williams

 

Hello, my name is Margaret Williams. I was born and raised in St. John's Newfoundland. I moved to Grande Prairie in 1990 and have been lucky enough to have my entire family, parents and 5 siblings, move here over the years. I have been married for 28 years and have raised 2 wonderful young adults. While being a stay-at-home mom for 7 years I ran a day home and completed the Educational Assistant program at the college.

 

I have been working in the district for 15 years, 11 of which have been at Mother Teresa School. Over the years I have worked with many individual students. For the past 6 years I have been a part of the Literacy Intervention team at Mother Teresa. 

 

I am very blessed to be part of Mother Teresa family. Being able to share my faith with co-workers and students has helped me grow as a Christian and given me the strength to get through some challenging times in my life. For this I am truly blessed and graceful.
