Ms. Janelle Morrison
Hi, my name is Janelle Morrison and I was born and raised in nearby Fort St. John. I've lived and taught in a few different cities and countries since then including Calgary, Victoria, and Taiwan! In that time, I've also been a school counsellor and learning support teacher and have discovered that being in the classroom with students "makes my heart happy." I love the daily interactions, inquiries and questions, and relationship building that's continually takes place when you're working directly with young people each day. I particularly love teaching Grade 4 as I find this age group so much fun to work with!
In my spare time, one of my favorite things to do is be outside riding my bike on gravel roads and in the trails with the trees. I'm grateful to be teaching in a faith-filled environment, for the warm welcoming I've received as a new staff member at Mother Teresa Catholic School and am truly excited for what's ahead!
